Positive: Loved the decor and how close it was to the beach
Negative: Pub next door that plays loud music until midnight. Not totally transparent about parking - there wasn't really free parking readily available. Upstairs neighbours had kids that were loud from about 6.30-7am onwards and there was this weird bark/squark/alarm that could be heard but I'm unsure what it was - definitely not natural e.g. a real animal, though as it was quite deep and too repetative.
Summary: Flat itself is perfect just a shame about the noise
