Positive: Marvellous location just 10 mins walk to the main street of Dorking and only a mile and a half or so from Box Hill. Absolutely lovely garden which is not that of use unless you wish to sit in it, in which case you will be very happy! The accomodation was very clean and well maintained. The owner Jill very pleasant and helpful.

Negative: The 10ftx10ft bedroom was immaculately clean and warm, and it's associated bathroom was even better. Nice hot shower with good pressure. Problem was the very small size of the room for the price asked. Also the bedsheets/duvet cover were very tired, new crisp bedclothes would be a big improvement.

Summary: If you are going to use the lovely garden and don't mind a tiny bedroom, highly recommended!
