Positive: The kitchen was well stocked. I'd give the kitchen a 90 out of 100 for cleanliness, which is awesome. The grill was in an awkward place on the side porch, but it was better than having it under the car awning.The inside of the grill was clean, but the outside was very dirty. That didn't stop us from using it, though. We loved the front porch. It could use a good pressure washing, though. The little metal table probably hasn't seen a good cleaning, and the leg of it housed a wasp nest. I had my coffee and social media scrolling every morning there on the swing and also enjoyed it after a day at Kerr Lake. The bathroom was clean and very well stocked in towels.
Negative: The exterior, especially the porch, could use pressure washing, yet I still loved sitting out there.
