Summary: I'm not certain the home is properly cleaned between rentals. There was wrappers in bathroom,a nd bedroom garbage cans, owner locks the thermostat, and I had to wait hours, to hear back from him. Outside furniture/couch, etc, is very cheap. Table is good. You can tell this was either a true rental investment property, or someone who may have inherited it, and is putting very little in to it.
