The chalet consists in the entrance area (ground floor) of a quaint open space area with living area and dining area and a modern and fully equipped kitchen with cooking island. From here, you will reach the individual open gallery in the 1st. Floor and also the basement through a unique steel staircase with wooden steps. The gallery is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the magnificent view over Ettal or just watch TV. In the basement you have a bathroom en suite with a freestanding bath and a double bed, a second bedroom with double bed and a separate shower room with toilet. Both bedrooms have a built in wardrobe and floor to ceiling balcony doors. From each floor you can exit from each room to a south-facing spacious balcony. A parking space is located next to the chalet.
