Summary: Definitely not a 4-star hotel. A/C not working in the room (nobody came after telling the reception) You have to pay 5€ for an extra towel to go to the swimming pool or use the towel of your room, keeping in mind the towel dryer in the bathroom is not working in summer. Room was dirty, a lot of pieces of plaster on the floor everywhere Breakfast very basic... That's a pity, the place looks really nice and the restaurant is very good, but the rooms are not well maintained
