Positive: The apartment is located near the train station, within walking distance. There are many immigrants in the area and restaurants with national cuisines from different countries. The apartment is not very big. The entrance is from the street (this is the first floor) and you immediately enter a small kitchen-living room. The sofa is located right by the front door. There are two separate bedrooms. The large bedroom has a double bed. The small one has a smaller bed. It's cold in the apartment in winter, the batteries were cold all the time. The owners suggested that we use the thermostat, but it didn't help. As a result, we were freezing. There is a lot of black mold under the window in the large bedroom :( The kitchen is equipped to a minimum, there are several pots, but no frying pan. The dishes had to be washed before use, as they were not very clean. There was no problem with hot water. The boiler is installed in the apartment and water must be used sparingly. We had enough for four people, but we washed at different times. We didn't like the way the check-in procedure was organized. They started writing to us a few days before we moved in, and they wrote to us every day with different questions. The day before the check-in, they reported that the apartments suddenly became unavailable and offered another option in another part of the city. Then they wrote that everything was in order, the apartments were available again. 🤯 Check-in is contactless, but you need the Internet for this. We asked if they could meet us, the apartment manager asked for 25 euros for this, we decided that we could handle it ourselves :) You have to press a button in the app to open the front door to the courtyard. There were no further instructions on how to find an apartment in this building and how to get inside. We found the apartment on the wi-fi signal :) There was a combination lock on the door, but we were not informed of the code in advance. We had to call and ask.
