Casa Serrano is a lovingly restored and modernised 200m2, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home with a huge 90m2 terrace. We are situated a 10 minute walk from plaza Serrano which is in the heart of Palermo Soho.
From the moment you enter this historic 'casa chorizo', you’ll appreciate the attention to detail and care that has been poured into a complete renovation. At every point during the project we have tried to respect the original construction while adding spectacular modern touches.
4 large bedrooms (3 ground floor, 1 first floor), each with their own delightful bathroom, using traditional materials and modern high-end fixtures to create luxurious comfort and style.
A huge open kitchen, dining and living area are the heart of the home, adjacent to a bright airy enclosed patio bringing light and greenery into all the ground floor rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, including Hansgrohe Axor faucets, a 5 burner extra wide hob and oven, and is beautifully finished with Carrara marble worktops and lapacho furniture. Modern lighting enables you to create any mood you please and a wood burner gives a warm focal point on winter nights.
