Positive: It was clean and the host was trying to be helpfull
Negative: The host sent me like 20 instructional videos on how to live in his apartment and he was over complicating things. The apartment is old and the bathroom is so small you can barely turn around. The apartment is located at the top of a building and beneath you have an elderly man that came complaining about kids runing around at 7pm.
Summary: Average value for money. Would not do it again
