Positive: Good location, far from main tourist area, natural pools and good restaurants nearby. Great terrace with pool beds, exactly like on the pictures. And a nice, shaded area with a dining table. Underground parking with an elevator going to the apartment level. Fun parking but manageable, even for a bigger car.
Negative: The apartment needs more thorough cleaning. Ocean view is great, but the waves are loud - things might be better in summer but in March the noise was tiring when sunbathing on the terrace.
