Positive: Very friendly and helpful owner. Nice and quiet property in between Coimbra and Busaco. Large green garden with olive and fruit trees. Swimming pool available.
Negative: The room (no 1) is large and functional, but tends to be humid and seesm to be difficult to ventilate.
