Positive: House is well equipped, clean and had enough space. Garden gave enough privacy and it only took 20 min by foot to get to the beach. Nights were very quiet. Full kitchen, washing machine in one of the bathrooms - made life easy and convenient. Very safe location, off from main street, behind couple of locked gates.
Summary: Perfect Italian experience in private house with all the modern amenities
