Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Contact with the host was easy, even though it was outside of Booking.com channels. Check-in was straight forward with one of the venues representatives meeting us on site. The same for when checking out, she came to meet us to hand beck the deposit.
Negative: When looking for a place to stay, the criteria was to include locations that allowed pets to stay, I booked a property with the same name as this and paid, after payment had cleared I received a message to say that the property I had booked was not suitable for pets and i should accept the cancellation and book in a different named property, which seemed to be in the same building. This new property was also more expensive. On arrival, the fridge freezer in the property was not turned on. And the beds were not made, they were set up with the day blanket but we had to make the beds with sheets ourselves. There are no air conditioning units in the property, only a portable fan. WiFi was not offered and I didn't find any info pack in the apartment which might give a WiFi code. Thankfully I had the hosts number and his key holder should any emergency contact need to be made.
