Positive: House and location are really nice. Very safe neighborhood. They're renovating some things. There is a guard rail on the stairs now and a new washing machine. Good work. Communication with the caretaker was superb. She's very helpful and friendly.
Negative: Both the toilets have trouble flushing because the lever doesn't always respond. Sometimes the water keeps running. The air conditioning in the master bedroom needs service, it started dripping water and the bed is under it. The house was generally cleaned properly, but some spots were missed.
