Positive: We spent three days at Casa Corte and our stay was simply fantastic. Our original flight was cancelled, and we ended up flying into Bari instead of Brindisi. As soon as the team at Palazzo Villani Lubelli heard about it, they immediately reached out to offer support and even arranged a chauffeur to pick us up on very short notice. Although we arrived very late, we were warmly welcomed. They had waited for us, the fridge was stocked with drinks, and fresh fruit was ready for us. Even though we hadn’t booked breakfast, we were treated every morning to fresh pastries and delights from a local bakery from the lovely Silvia. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available – even via WhatsApp, if we needed anything. They gave us great restaurant recommendations, and from the very first moment, we felt completely at home. The Palazzo was spotless, tastefully furnished, and offered a lot of privacy.
Summary: In short: it was an absolutely dreamlike holiday – we will definitely be back! 12 out of 10!
