Positive: The host Said was very helpful before and during. He helped us with our washing, getting to and from camp and with our luggage when our tour bus couldn't come into the accommodation. Definitely book your luxury tent through him, great value for money and we were very happy with the whole thing from the room with private shower and toilet and air-conditioning in the desert to the dinner and entertainment. Casa Ayour had everything we need to cook if we wanted and there was even 2 air-conditioners.
Negative: The floor needed mopping daily because of the dust but that's because of the desert. The bathroom is also a wet shower which some people might not be used to.
Summary: Very good stay in the middle of the desert
