Positive: A beautifully renovated, clean, modern, and very spacious apartment with a nice balcony and a cozy loft gallery above the kitchen. The location in Locca is excellent – just a few minutes from Lake Ledro and a short drive to Riva or Limone. Communication was smooth and hassle-free, and the apartment itself was wonderfully quiet and peaceful.
Negative: The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an older building without an elevator, which can be quite a workout when carrying heavy luggage. The kitchen could be better equipped with basics like a kettle, wine glasses, and more dishwashing supplies (only one dishwasher pod was provided). There is no air conditioning, though cooling the place down with fresh mountain air before bed works well.
