Summary: The staff and proximity to the airport are the only good things about this property. Rooms are outdated - furniture, bathrooms (tub with curtain). First night we could only get lukewarm showers. Second night was better. Shower head somehow sprayed water into the bathroom and created a lake - even with the curtain in the tub. Internet was “free-ish”. Connected and it had a price but said it was free for Marriott members but then after connecting, it said it was for those who booked directly - who does that anymore? I don’t know if I got charged or not but it’s a confusing page and frustrating. Holiday Inn provides free internet without issues. Not sure why this place has such high reviews- it’s not that great and the are many hotels in the immediate area. I had to fold my pillow up into a ball for it provide any support. The staff was the best part of this hotel and I didn’t rent a room to hang out with them.
