Summary: I am going to be brutally honest:Pros: Location. It is close to everything. Paris is a very walkable city and the public transit is easier than any large city I've visited. This property is close to public transit, restaurants (some as close as across the street), activities, shops, and just about anything you could want or need. It's perfect for somebody who wants to see the city.Amenities: The property had everything you needed. If you wanted to cook, you could. There is a bathroom, two solid bedrooms, a third room with a bed and Futon in the living room. There were coverings on all windows.Climate Control: I visited in the spring and it was still cold outside. The front "bedroom" was cold, but the blanket was quite warm. The downstairs bedroom was hot and that was with the heat completely turned off. We were comfortable.Communication: Owner communicated a good amount and was not bothersome at all. They were quick to respond to issues, of which there were very few.Cons:The layout. theres no insulation from outside noise. You would hear people walking, talking, yelling, and cars at all hours. I only felt safe because of the 24/7 police presence directly across the street. They stared, but I didn't mind. Clothes washer did not dry my clothes at all. There was a weird dripping noise which could be heard. The stairs could be dangerous and it's definitely not for less than highly mobile people.
