Positive: Lovely sea view! Nice park. Hard to get a table in the clubhouse.
Negative: Too cold on the night. The heaters were too loud to have running. Hot water ran out pretty quick before four of us could have a shower.
Summary: Nice spot in Brixham. But site needs a little TLC. Caravans need to be upgraded.
