Positive: Very close to Forest.

Negative: It’s sitting right next to the pub, which may be ok for some but it wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the description and it was an unpleasant surprise for us. “The spacious garden” is basically pubs beer garden, it’s. It’s not private at all and not really spacious so bear in mind if you are hoping for private, secluded garden as we did, you will be disappointed.

Summary: Flat above the pub. Great forest nearby.
