Positive: The location, overall house and supplies were excellent. Having the pool to cool off in after the beach was great and the grassed area was good for play with lawn games and for our grandson. The kitchen was well stocked and having 2 living areas with our multi generational family was great.
Negative: No Airconditioning, ceiling fans or dryer. In a house of this calibre and for the price, we were surprised that there wasn’t any of these. We had a couple of very hot days and nights and the pedestal fans were too noisy to run all night in bedrooms. No pedestal fan in living area so we had to bring them up from bedrooms. Due to one of the screen doors not working in the main living area we couldn't keep the balcony doors open at night to let air in. We had a couple of rainy days so not having a dryer was very inconvenient. We also had issues with cockroaches which was a bit of an inconvenience.
Summary: Location near beach and shops was great. Wonderful outlook and modern home.
