Positive: Absolutely loved the location. Location could not be beat. Easy access to downtown. This was my first time at Blacksburg B&B. I had heard about it but never stayed. I graduated from VT in 1996 and come often since my oldest graduated a year ago and my youngest just finished up her Junior year. I wish I had known about this sooner but guessing the weekends I did come for football and basketball games were booked.

Negative: The bathroom could use an upgrade but it was very clean and comfortable. Really no complaints!

Summary: Blacksburg B&B has the best location of all the lodging we've had at VT!
