Positive: It matched with the description, staff were friendly and helpful. The place was also clean. And we also liked the fact that we could use the assigned concierge to help with planning trips and services during our trip, this really added to the whole experience.
Negative: Nothing to mention.
Summary: Beautiful stay in Ubud. Perfect if you don’t want to stay within the busyness but not too far from the city center.
