Pier easily accommodates two fishing boats or pontoon boats with a landing close by. Comes with all bedding, towels and beach towels. High speed unlimited WiFi with garage that has an extra refrigerator and deck that has a large gas grill and a large Weber grill. Two new 10’ Pelican kayaks with paddles and life vests included.
