Summary: We were so pleased with the cleanliness. Location great; easy walk down to the beach and great view, looking down on the ocean over the houses in front of us. For us, the only downside was the lack of privacy is the loft was not closed off at all. The owner was great in responding quickly to all my questions and when someone used the outdoor trash as their personal garbage dump, she had someone come and move the garbage enough so that we had room to put ours in too. That was greatly appreciated.
