3 Bedroom Cottage in Burrill Lake

First up all dogs and children are welcome as the property is fenced.....
My two story earthy Appalachian waterfront log cabin with it’s own jetty on lovely Burrill Lake was built in 2000. It has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 adults easily and also has a child or teenagers bunk bed as well. The house is beautiful and unique with everything you need for a great stay. There are gas heaters for Winter and A/C upstairs for summer plus a dish washer, washing machine and dryer. There is a video on my property on this site. The bathroom is newly renovated.
Catch a fish off the jetty, go prawning in Summer, or take the kayaks out for a paddle on the lake. It really is a beautiful place. The house has Foxtel, plus a DVD upstairs and a smart TV in one of the upstairs bedrooms which also has a walk in wardrobe. Doonas, extra blankets and pillows are provided. Sheets and towels are not provided.
There are 2 coffee shops, a Newsagent, Post Office, Hairdresser and a Grocery store 5 minutes walk from the house. A great fish shop and bottle shop are a 2 minute drive as well. Burrill Beach is a 15 minute walk.
Please be aware that a separate Cleaning fee of $150.00 applies to every booking and is on top of the daily fee paid by each client.

Summary: We found the location of this place excellent. The jetty was great place to fish off, we did this as much as we could! Although the house was pet friendly I thought that we wouldn't be able to tell that pets were inside. It wasn't as clean as I would have expected but I did tell the owner and he was apologetic and was looking into rectifying this. We appreciated the instructions on how to use everything in the house, saved a few headaches! Overall we had a pleasant stay. Thanks Bradley :)
