Positive: Close to the sea side.
Negative: It's not soundproof at all, so I can't sleep because it's loud at dawn. The curtains are flying and torn, so it's too bright and uncomfortable to cover. The parking lot is too far. It's not a place to park your car for a moment and unload. It's too expensive for the facilities
