A perfect place for a family getaway to enjoy nature and gorgeous, uninhabited white, sandy beach --walk into the Gulf 100 yards before water is above shoulders. . The beachfront property is primarly windows so that you can take in the picturesque ocean views from almost everyroom and tons of nature sunlight. If you enjoy cooking there is a large kitchen to play in. Living area and Master Bedroom face the Ocean with floor to Ceiling Glass and balconies. It gets better with beach hammocks where you can lounge, enjoy cocktails or eat meals if desired while having a 360 degree views and magnificent sunsets over the water and stargazing at night. The Condo offers 55" HD smart TV and internet. There are ceiling fans thought out as well as A/C in every room but you can also enjoy the sea breezes through the screened doors and windows.
Seadust wonderful location for exploring Mayan ruins, Merida and the Yucatan Emerald Coast. Excellent restaurant nearby at the TechnoHotel located within 1/2 km, and more good dining in Progreso on the Malecon and in Merida. Spa available at Yucatan Reef Hotel.
There is flamingo watching, cenotes, boating and fishing. Golf and tennis can be enjoyed at the Yucatan Country Club & Club de Golf along with their spas. For a change of pace you can drive to Merida to take in its cultural activities , historic buildings, museums, dining , night life and music in the streets.. Close to multiple archeaological sites, like cenoytes and beautiful beaches. You can also enjoy the nearby flamingo and turtle nesting beaches during season. Truly the best of two worlds. All this is only a 45 minute ride from the airport. If you want to visit the Yucatan but do not want to be surrounded by tourists this is the place to be.

Summary: We stayed one week at this property right on a semi-secluded stretch of beach. Everything was as advertised. The views, the pool, the accommodations were spectacular, and Jackie was awesome to have as a hostess. She had lots of recommendations, helped us find someone to cook and was most helpful. Our week there was perfect. We didn't want to leave!
