The living area features a cozy wrap-around couch, complemented by endless ocean views. The bright and spacious well-equipped kitchen is complete with an adjoining breakfast nook and all the appliances needed to prepare delicious meals that you can later enjoy in the delightfully appointed dining area with seating for six.
The main suite enjoys an impressive king bed highlighted by splashes of color. The adjoining main bath boasts dual vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub overlooking the Gulf. The second bedroom features a king bed with a direct view of the Intracoastal and the third bedroom includes a queen bed and a relaxing reading corner. The second full bath contains a shower/tub combination, accessible from both the second and third bedrooms.
Sand Key is a peaceful paradise nestled just south of Clearwater Beach. It is known for its sugary white sand, pristine emerald water, terrific shelling, and fabulous restaurants. This community is ideally located and close to literally everything: downtown Clearwater & Largo, restaurants, airports, grocery stores, shopping, ball games, aquariums, museums, kayaking areas, bird sanctuaries, shelling beaches, miniature golf, golf courses, and theme parks. It is also within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, Sand Key Park, and shopping.
