Positive: I hesitate sharing how awesome this place is so I can keep it to myself. Seriously, it is the best property by far for many a mile. Perfection in physical form. Not commute for ocean view, calm pool for when the ocean is rough, dual view for sunrise/sunsets... I could go on, but you need to see it for yourself.
Negative: Truly nothing. Kitchen was equipped and ample linens. Perhaps a bevy of rainy day games or decks of cards would be the "pinky out" perspective you're asking for.
