Negative: My card was charged for full stay (6 days in March) and I also got details for getting into my room. But when I got into the room, room was already occupied and I had to book a new room for that night. I did not get any feedback from the hotel management except that they will refund my cost for the one night where I have to book again and pay again. No other explanation was received from the hotel management. It was a very stressful situation for me.
