This Cape is available weekly or weekends for the months of April, May June—Month of September 9 , 2025 through November located on Beach Lane right before the Bridge to get to Private Rogers Beach, seconds to Dune Road and minutes to Main Street. The house has unobstructed westerly views, this house enjoys amazing sunsets over an enormous pristine marsh each evening. Intimate patio is perfect
for summer dining or just enjoying a beverage after a day at the beach. The village of Westhampton Beach is about a 15 minute walk or short bike ride away. Village ocean beach is not even a five minute walk, has lifeguards, showers, pavilion and food service, you can also take adavantage of the Town OfSouthampton Beaches as well. For the boat owners this house has 127 feet of canal front with bulkhead, water, electric. This house also offers a spacious living room with flat screen smart TV, fireplace and and plenty of seating. Open layout eat in kitchen which is full equipped and has a large farm table that seats 8. Pet friendly :) washer , dryer, dishwasher. 5 bedrooms: three full beds, one queen, and four twins (please refer to pictures for layout). Linens provided. Call with any questions you might have.
