The Ashburton House offers fantastic bed and breakfast accommodations in a perfect location in the beautiful coastal resort of Scarborough. Our “Boutique” seaside B&B strives to create a quirky and distinctive feel by mixing the traditional features of a seaside resort within our beautiful Victorian Guest House. Each of our eight guest rooms are unique and have been individually styled, in recent years the whole property has undergone a full refurbishment. All room have their own private bathroom with walk-in shower, all equipped with large flat screen TVs, free Wi-Fi & complementary tea/coffee making facilities. We offer a generous & varied breakfast menu and the property has its own off street car-park.
