Dragonfly knoll is a custom built cottage by the owner and in collaboration with architects Archer and Buchanan, inspired by JRR Tolkien. Cottage is made of local basalt boulder and structural timber framing. Beautiful custom detailing throughout. Guests get to rent the entire home on 27 acres of private pristine land.
Curl up in the cosy 1 bedroom bednook with a Tolkien book or sip coffee or tea on the custom veranda overlooking a 1 acre pond. You'll see local wildlife regularly, deer, dragonfly, bunnies and wild turkey. Soak outside in the deep cedar barrel hot tub and gaze up at the milkyway at night or during the day listen to the local wildlife.
