Summary: The hotel doesn't have a live reception, it is all digital. The room was clean but it is very cold, probably around 16-17 C. The blanket was not full length, more like 3/4. And although the blanket was retaining the body heat well, just breathing in the cold air made the sleep uncomfortable.
