updated 1-bed, 1-bath, can sleep up to 4, fully furnished, very convenient, easy access, first floor, no stairs, covered parking, building #1 allows you easy, and quick in and out from this beautiful 55 plus gated community, the pool, clubhouse, activities and amenities are amazing in this 55+ playground, to many things to list, go to "desert sun condos .com" (type in as one word) and check out the pictures and everything else. no smokers, no pets or animals of any kind, rent and $200 damage and cleaning deposit due up front before arrival, (cleaning deposit fully refundable if left as clean or cleaner than found.) this is a very well-known community and is almost always sold out 6 months a year, grab this opportunity to act and feel young again. see you in the sun.
