Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Good space and good location for getiing buses around the island. Plenty of cooking utensils and crockery. It has good views of the bay.
Negative: Stove top is very old with old style hotolates that worked okay but took a while to heat. The bbq worked but was old and gave limited heat. The steak did not sear. It has road noise during the day.
Summary: Good position. Could dp with a few upgrades.
