Positive: The key was available at the reception. The apartment was very clean, spacious, well equipped, in the center of Strbské Pleso, close to the train station, to restaurants, to the lake and with amazing view, We could park our car in the garage. The communication with the owner was very smooth, she answered the e-mails, is kind, mindful, giving all the information we needed.
