Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The house itself is great. Layout is good. The house is in good shape. It’s a 4 rating. To receive a 5 it could need stone or quartz kitchen counter tops.

Negative: The furniture is not acceptable but it plays so much into the first impression and hurts it in a major way. The casegoods are fine but the mattresses are unacceptable- lumpy. The linens are worn and therefore don’t feel clean. Bathroom rugs are won. Sofa and chairs need to be replaced. We had to put sheets over them to cover the delaminated vinyl. Dining chairs are fine. Patio seating is rickety and is a safety liability for the owner. Someone is going to get hurt. If you replaced all soft goods our rating would have been 5. The kitchen supplies are skimpy compared to other houses we rent. Quality of them is not 5 star but we’re ok for our 2 night stay. But not for a one or two week stay.

Summary: I would not stay here again because of the soft furniture comfort and condition.
