Set behind a large wooden gate, Pear Tree Cottage is a wonderfully private property, ideal for getting away from it all.
Located in the delightful village of Oddington, just five minutes from Stow-on-the-Wold. A short walk from the local pub where you will find a good selection of real ales and excellent food on offer. Footpaths run through Oddington, connecting to the Diamond Way and the Oxfordshire Way provide ample opportunities for a leisurely ramble or a more strenuous hike. Daylesford Organic Farm Shop and Spa is a short drive or a leisurely walk.
Ground Floor:

With a large stove with six gas burners and three ovens, an American fridge freezer with ice maker and cold water, a separate wine fridge, a microwave and coffee machine. There is a large oak table with plenty of seating in front of an open fire. Sliding doors lead out to the main terrace. The heart of any home, this is the perfect space for cooking and entertaining.

With two 3' single beds which can also be made up as a super-king size bed. This is a lovely quiet room tucked up in the eaves, accessed by an oak staircase with a large television (linked to Sky) and views over the garden.

Outside:
The main terraced area, which is accessed from the kitchen, is a truly wonderful space for entertaining. There is a seating area with rattan furniture and loungers in front of an outdoor log burning fire as well as a bar area with stools, two butler sinks, a large stainless drinks cooler and a gas barbecue. The umbrella has individual heaters attached to make sure you are warm enough. There is a large lawn with a goal post, a trampoline and a fold-and-roll-away table tennis table is also available. A smaller terraced area with a table and chairs is to the side of the property.

WiFi is available, however due to the thick walls common with character cottages, coverage is limited to the ground floor and is best in the study and sitting room.
