Bright, beautiful home full of activities including; pool table, ping pong table, corn hole, bocce ball and board games. Featuring a wide lap style pool and jacuzzi in the main courtyard. The Main Bedroom has King bed, two additional bedrooms with Queen Beds and a kids room with 2 full bunk beds.
Enjoy the stunning views from the 2nd outdoor patio overlooking the entire conejo valley with city and mountain views. Magnificent McCrea wildlife preserve just at the end of the street features great hiking trails and Malibu Beach is only 25 minutes away. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish home. Note: Heated pool accommodation is $100-$75 a day. Host available most times thru the app. We cover everything. Charming ranch style homes, centrally located in the heart of Thousand Oaks Easy travel around neighborhood, close to everything. Ample parking on site. Outdoor lighting is a remote set on magnet by the light switch.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in your lovely rental over the past weekend. The house is furnished with much that is needed for a few days of relaxing. We found it especially helpful that it was within 10 minutes of my daughter's home in Moorpark as well as 10 minutes from the wedding venue, Maravilla Gardens, in Camarillo. The pool table, corn hole set up and streaming services available on the large screen TV in the living area were additional favorites. There was enough seating at tables and spacious sofas to comfortably accommodate us. Overall, you have a very lovely house with much to appreciate and enjoy. The ease of check-in & out, your quickness of response and thorough communication get big 5 stars. Thanks for accommodating us for a memorable weekend wedding family event.
