Negative: Being given the wrong pin number, on confirmation e-mail .Ringing Skyes waiting over 1hour alltogether to get through then got cut off, 2nd attempt took 30mins plus to be told pin number was completely wrong.In total it 2hours waiting to get into the property, which took longer than it did to drive from Nottingham. My friend who was with me has not has not been well and recovering from a stroke, VERY disappointed in Skyes always had good sevice . WHAT GOING WRONG? On leaving we couldnot get the key back in the box?
