Negative: Bathroom expel-air did not work Bathroom door did not stay shut Kitchen cooker hood/extractor did not work, instructions said to open window when cooking which is not easy if you are under 6 foot tall No light bulb in lounge lamp Could nt get Sky TV channels Heating was erratic, but plenty of hot water Outside- large step down to unfinished patio/path area Windows were dirty No hooks in hallway for hanging coats Decoration was poor with many walls showing cracks Looked like a house part finished - could be a lovely place to stay
