The space
New renovation guest unit has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Queen bed in each bedroom total two queen beds. We also provide a covetable sofa bed in the living area. 24 hours hot water and air conditioning.
Guest access
Rear guest unit which entrance door located at the backyard of the house. We provide free parking in the front right driveway. Pls park your car close to the street ( don’t close to the garage of the house). Use right sidewalk of the house to the backyard and you will see the glass door entrance of the unit
Other things to note
Central AC controller located at main house remote controlled by owner. Temperature set at 71 F automatically. If you feel too cool or too warm, pls text owner to adjust as you want.
