Positive: It was spacious and clean

Negative: The main floor bed was squishy soft and uncomfortable. It was far away from Pamplin grove and a bit to Ferndale. It did smell a bit from the cows. The cost for value was not great.

Summary: It was good just not excellent for the orice and location
