Positive: We had a fantastic stay at this property near Perdika village! The location is ideal for a relaxing vacation, especially if you have a car to explore the many beautiful beaches in the area. The property itself was spotless and very well organized, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony was stunning, and although private parking is limited, we never had trouble finding a spot nearby. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, this was excellent value for money — highly recommended!
Negative: The property is located on the main road of Perdika, which could be a bit noisy at times. However, it has two rooms — a bedroom and a small kitchen/living area. The bedroom is more isolated and not directly facing the road, so the noise was manageable, especially if you keep the door between the rooms closed. That said, if you like sleeping with the windows open, the noise might be more disruptive.
