GENERAL INFO

Your reservation is private, for the use of all accommodation. Guests are welcome on the edge of the accommodation and must always be identified in advance.

How does it work? Notify at least 24 hours in advance by informing the desired date and time (the system requires time information), then we issue and send by email or WhatsApp!

The Lodging has all the features of a normal house, designed to serve you with comfort and safety! The password or key of your door will be sent on the day of your arrival at 1PM. If you need something different, let me know as soon as possible, ok?

Our team works from Sunday to Sunday, from 8AM to 8PM to better serve you!

EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES

The apartment is divided into 1 bedroom living room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom, it is on the 7° floor, front/back view, less than 5 minutes from the beach.

It has 2 double bed, 1 hammock , we provide mattress, double, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, electronic lock, home items and hot water.

There is private parking in the neighborhood of your accommodation.

We lend 1 portable cot and bedding for your baby, plus beach chairs, request 1 day before.

Every 7 days we exchange bed and bath linen, request 1 day before.

In the neighborhood you are close to great restaurants, beautiful views, opposite the beach and with transport options and trade. Residential building, safe and cozy; ideal for families and group of friends who come to relax and enjoy a little!

CHECKIN & CHECKOUT

Check-in is done remotely, with password or key, according to local availability, from 2PM until 5PM.

If you need early Checkin or after 5PM, please let us know as soon as possible. If you do not have a guest, we love to help!

On the day of your arrival, at 1PM, we will send you the password. It is important that you have Wi-fi to receive them. Let me know as soon as possible if you need something different.

Guests need to be identified, for everyone’s safety, so when 2 days are missing for their arrival, we will reinforce the photo request of the documents. Don’t worry, your data will be protected in light of the LGPD.

Checkout is autonomous, just turn off the appliances and close the door before leaving. Our maid will arrive at 12PM to clean your accommodation for the next family.

If you need a late checkout, please let us know as soon as possible. If you don’t have a guest later, we love to help!
