If you are looking for an affordable place to play on the Lake or for nearby golf or fishing, look no further! Lakefront, cleanliness, comfort and convenience all at your fingertips.
This beautifully decorated condo is located on the beautiful Big Niangua Arm (MM 13) with beautiful views of the lake, within minutes of two top notch golf courses and a couple miles from Ha Ha Tonka state park. This property is in the gated community of Cedar Heights in Camdenton, Missouri directly off Highway 54. It is very easy to find and access without the need to navigate winding lake roads. It is the perfect lakefront property for families and friends to relax or play!
This 1440 square foot condo is located on the third floor of our building (one floor from the parking lot) and has an elevator that takes you to and from the condo floor, parking lot or boat dock. The elevator is ideal when transporting items. We have tried to include everything you need to make your stay enjoyable, including a fully stocked kitchen (cups, plates, bowls, pots, pans and mixing bowls, cake pan and cooking sheets) and utensils, blender, crockpot, clothing iron and blow dryer. There is comfortable dining for eight to ten people, refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. We provide paper products and laundry detergent to make your stay even more convenient. The spacious living room has comfortable furniture and a flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. High-speed wireless Internet access is also included.
The 8’ x 32’ deck overlooks the lake. You can see for miles both ways. It is a great place for morning coffee, watching the boats come and go, see the sunrise or to view the beautiful stars at night. Relax on the deck and grill your meal on the gas grill and comfortable seating for seven. On the off-chance the weather is poor; you can still sit on the covered deck and enjoy your favorite beverage and/or book. Even when it's warm out, you can enjoy the shade of the covered deck with the cool feeling of the outdoor ceiling fan.
You will find three spacious bedrooms; two with king sized beds and one room with a queen sized bed. Each bedroom has closets with hangers, dresser and nightstand. The two bedrooms with king sized beds are equipped with flat screen TV’s. The master bedroom has private access to the deck. Both bathrooms have showers and the bathroom off the kitchen also includes a tub. One room has direct access to the main bathroom through a sliding door off the bedroom. The condo is furnished with linens and towels for all baths and kitchen. Additional sleeping space is available with an air mattress (for the kids) that will blow up to a queen bed.
The complex has 3 three swimming pools for your pleasure; two larger pools down below and a smaller pool up top of the complex. Included with the condo rental comes a 10' x 24' covered boat slip in the community dock. Boat and Jet-Ski rentals are available nearby. Old Kinderhook, one of the top rated golf courses in Missouri and Lake Valley Golf Club are located a half mile from this complex. Other beautiful and challenging golf courses are within a 10-15 minute drive. Also nearby are dozens of lakefront restaurants and night clubs accessible by land or water. Grocery stores, boutiques and other shopping is only five minutes away in Camdenton and additional opportunities (outlet shopping, vintage stores, custard, water park, mini golf, go carts, etc.) exist in Osage Beach only 15 minutes away. The lakefront view is incredibly calming and an outstanding value. You won’t want to leave!
