Positive: Good family owned and decades old run business. Very attentive to guests. Exceptional service. Exceptional food. Nothing but good things to say about Yamashinobu service and attention to details

Negative: Location not ideal in terms of places we wanted to visit in Kumamoto prefecture. A car was useful during our stay.
